1. About STORMVAST.band
STORMVAST.band provides access to music-related content, lyrics, Studies, Scripture reflections, visual artwork, project updates, and supporter features connected to the STORMVAST music project.
Some content is available to everyone. Other features may require supporter access through Patreon.
2. Free Content
STORMVAST.band may provide free public content, including:

The Studies and Scripture reflections are provided for personal reflection and spiritual encouragement. They are not a replacement for Scripture, pastoral care, church fellowship, counseling, or professional advice.
3. Supporter Content

- Full-song practice playback
- Printable chord charts
- Behind-the-song notes
- Early demos when available
- Artwork previews

Supporter access may be verified through Patreon or through a manually approved access list.
Supporter benefits may change over time as the STORMVAST project grows.
4. Patreon Access
Authentication, membership status, billing, and payments may be handled by Patreon.
If you become a supporter through Patreon, your Patreon account, payment, cancellation, refund, and membership relationship are also governed by Patreon's own terms and policies.
STORMVAST.band may use information from Patreon to verify whether you have access to supporter features.
If your Patreon membership ends, is canceled, is declined, or cannot be verified, supporter access on STORMVAST.band may be removed.
5. No Download Rights Unless Stated
Unless explicitly stated, access to songs, synced charts, practice playback, or other supporter content does not grant permission to download, copy, redistribute, re-upload, sell, sublicense, or publicly share that content.
Supporter playback features are intended for personal use only.
6. Intellectual Property
All STORMVAST music, lyrics, artwork, logos, Studies, charts, written content, audio, video, images, and other materials on STORMVAST.band are owned by Aaron Rylaarsdam, STORMVAST, or used with permission, unless otherwise noted.
You may view and use the content for personal, non-commercial purposes.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, re-upload, or create derivative works from STORMVAST content without written permission, except where clearly allowed by the site.
7. Chord Charts and Practice Materials
Chord charts, synced lyric charts, printable charts, timing data, and practice materials are provided for personal learning, practice, and enjoyment.
They may not be redistributed, reposted, sold, or included in another product, service, or public database without permission.
8. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Attempt to bypass supporter access controls
- Share supporter-only links, files, or access credentials
- Interfere with the operation or security of the website
- Scrape, copy, or bulk-download site content
- Upload or submit harmful, unlawful, abusive, or infringing material

STORMVAST.band is provided on an "as available" basis.
